Spend a day at the beach then relax in luxury with chic coastal farmhouse decor. Lounge on a large sofa, dine on an extended farmhouse table and relish the outdoor living space with a screened-in porch. In a central Cape Cod location with dining, shopping and even a nearby inflatable park. Renovated in Spring 2026 with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Sleeps up to 18.

Very impressed!!! We had an awesome stay at this venue. The host was very welcoming, and responded to our needs promptly. All 20 of us had a great time and this house was a perfect fit for us, very clean, organized and spacious. Basically the reviews are on point, it is accurate as advertised including the photos. Perfect for our yearly family weekend getaway. House was spotless and every room was more than comfortable for all 13 of us. We all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Beach in walking distance was definitely a plus. Would definitely rent again. Host was a pleasure to work with.

We had a very nice 2 night stay with our family of 11. The house is clean and comfortable and everything was seamless. The beautiful wood dining table is perfect for large groups, the kitchen is equipped for cooking and serving and the living room was perfect for game night. Thank you very much.

Great place for large family

Lots of bathrooms and space to move around when you are with a large group. Bedrooms are spaced and private. Beach is close for waking and a huge plus to have all towels and chairs provided.

Great house and location!

Madison and Jack’s house was perfect for our group! Plenty of sleeping space, beach towels and chairs so we didn’t have to pack those. Huge dining table, comfy beds and couch. Hosts very responsive to anything and everything. Awesome location, short walk to the beach and close to everything

Clean, Spacious and Close to Beaches.

Clean and spacious and close to the beaches. Good location and close to activities and stores and restaurants. House has all the necessities and utensils to accommodate our 14 member group. The beach chairs were a plus and saved us from lugging them from home. Enough parking for 3-4 cars. Would definitely book again.

Everything we hoped for

The house was exactly as advertised - comfortable, spacious and quiet. Amazing considering how close it is to the bustle of Main Street and downtown Hyannis. The beach is a very short walk and provided lovely views of the bay and lots of room to walk. We were there on a cool fall weekend so did not take advantage of the large supply of beach chairs provided, but we did enjoy the frisbee golf game. Digital information about the house and neighborhood provided was very useful. We would come again!

Amazing Stay!

Our Stay at the Cape Cod Family Rental We recently had the pleasure of staying at this large family rental property on Cape Cod, and we had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and offered plenty of room for our extended family of 12. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and had enough seating for everyone. We loved the farmhouse table. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds I think I've ever had on vacation, and were beautifully designed. The living room was spacious and had a large smart TV and a large sectional to accommodate everyone. The backyard had a deck, a grill, and a screened in porch which was great for bug-free nights! The kids loved playing in the backyard, and there was plenty of space for them to run around, and the house came equppped with lots of games (cornhole, ladderball, can jam, and others) that were great for summer nights. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Madison's home. The fact that the beach was just down the street, and was not at all crowded, was perfect for our family. (They even included beach chairs and beach towels for us!) We would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a place to stay on Cape Cod.

Wonderful home, all the bedrooms were surprisingly spacious! Even in Dec we enjoyed the porch space. Madison was very quick to respond when we messaged.
