"The hotel appeared to look clean. However, upon arriving there were large crackers/chips in the floor by the air unit in the room. Additionally, one of the elevators had what appeared to be puke/stool. The front desk attendant was notified and 4 hours later it was still not cleaned. The next morning it was wiped up but not cleaned and the 3rd flood had the same puke/stool on the floors outside of the elevator for 3 days. The room provided 2 towels for 2 adults & 1 child and when asked for more...

"The blankets felt more like curtains, heavy, rigid and not soft and pillows were half the size of those literally anyplace else so sleeping became a chore. Furniture was run down with cracks in the mirror and staples popping out of the stand the TV sat on. No amount of tidying up can fix how run down this place is. You get what you pay for. Next time, I'm picking the big Holiday Inn instead."

"As of March 2026 end, the property was open but not finished. Main driving entrance closed to traffic. Contractors working -- loudly -- in various parts of the building...including sleeping rooms. No gym yet. No pictures on the room walls. No soap dish. Sleeping room a generous size. Nice desk. Good lighting. Make sure you know where your room will be before you head up the elevator. Staff still learning. Asked for a room close to the elevator and was assigned to a room all the way down the...
