"The laundry room only took coins. It would be nice if they had a digital payment option. They only clean room after 3 day stay which is fine, but they forgot to stock us back up with towels and toilet paper. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good."

Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...
