"The property was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was great. If you travel to the UK or Europe in general often, the lack of AC won’t bother you as it’s standard amongst hotels; that’s my only warning to American guests. Great place to stay and big bang for your buck!"

"We had two rooms and both offered plenty of space. There was a loveseat in each room (great for sitting but you could not have a person sleep on it due to the length). The bathroom was clean with plenty of room for two people to get ready at the same time. The only glitch in our time there is that the reservation asked us for names for each room when we booked (we booked both at the same time under one account). "Super zentrale Lage (gegenüber der Liverpool Station). Sehr kurze Wege zur U-Bahn, zum Stansted Airport-Train oder den Bussen zum Stansted Airport.
Viele Geschäfte, Cafe‘s, Restaurants, Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Appartements sind geräumig (relativ groß für Londoner Verhältnisse). Vom Trubel draußen bekommt man nichts mit.
Die Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen war im Vorfeld, während des Aufenthaltes und danach war perfekt."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London.
A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out.
The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...
