I think the only downside is the block south of the property so if you’re not use to homeless people with mental issues ( which leave you alone) you might be surprised but if you stuck to the north and east you are fine everything is super walkable. "There is a lack of parking and it cost $38.00 per night/day I was unaware of this until I got there. My stay was 10 days with 7 of those days with rental car . They should disclose this before booking it probably would have changed my mind to stay there. But very nice hotel."
