    Nice private hamlet

    Property was spotless, it was secluded and there was enough beds so that we all fit comfortably. The main road to the property was paved.

    Great house in a quiet locatoin

    Great house in a beautiful location near PYC. Clean, well equipped and a great set up for a group. Worth going just to sit by the fire pit and look up at the stars (wood available at gas station)

    Perfect Setup for Us

    The house was perfect for our mini deer camp! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and everything was as listed. It was immaculate and had a peaceful location with nature all around the side and back of the house. It was stocked with all the necessary utensils and spices, which was greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again in future years!

    Hunting trip

    The house was in a convenient area for our duck hunting trip. Quiet neighborhood, don’t have to worry about your gear. Behind excellent communication with the property manager, responds very fast!

    Nice and Clean and Great Location

    It was very nice and clean, but a little crowded for 10 adults. The two upstairs bedrooms are probably fine for 6 kids, but 4 adults is plenty. The downstairs bedrooms were fine for 2 couples. We were all participating in a sailing event at the nearby Perry Yacht Club, so the location was perfect! We weren't there much except to sleep, so it worked great for us.

    Great little lake house!

    This place exceeded our expectations! It is such a nice little getaway and only 4 miles from our boat at Rock Creek Marina. We enjoyed a family night Friday night and enjoyed the fire pit. Had an adults afternoon on Saturday and again enjoyed the fire pit. Such a nice patio! All the beds were comfy! Bathrooms were nice and clean! Plenty of room for everyone! We will definitely do this again!

    Overall experience was good.

    Was surprised not to find dust pan, No hose or nozzle to clean off patios...front/back. Lamp in living room does not worked (tried several bulbs). As we said overall the experience was great. Ample supplies of linen, kitchen utensils. Would definitely stay at the place again. Thanks again!!!

    Weekend getaway

    We had a great time with our 2 young children!! The sand pit and playground had been removed for the season, but we just headed for the nearby beach instead! The boys had a blast.

    Perfect for a girl's weekend

    We needed a place to let or hair down, play games and relax. There was plenty of seating inside and outside around the fire pit. Room in the kitchen for food prep was also plentiful. This would be a great place for a large, single family retreat too. We will be back again!

    Lake house

    We very much enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We were bummed to find out that Perry lake was flooded so we couldn’t enjoy all the activities we had planned. But it’s a great location for Topeka and we also drove to Tall Grads prairie. THe house is nice and clean. It fit all of our needs. I was definitely recommend for those looking in this area.
