"It was very nice overall. It was a little remote when I arrived and stayed the first night on my own, but it was a very safe location when my granddaughters arrived. Spiral steps were not a huge it with some larger folks and children, but nice bedrooms and baths. Overall, I give it a 4.5."

"Had a little trouble getting in but once settled, the home worked very well. My husband and his caregiver did a road trip to visit the Ship state Reformatory while I entertained some women friends for a few days. The place worked well for that."

" The home is very spacious with a beautiful gas fireplace room with a loft above. That room would be so cozy during the winter months. We loved the big windows and being able to see the Mohican River right outside. We enjoyed having a bonfire on the grounds and did get to go tubing on the River! The accommodations worked well for our family and it was nice having lists of other activities, restaurants, shopping downtown, and trails in the area to explore. The house is a little hidden so...

"This place is beautifully decorated and absolutely sparkling clean! It is one of the nicest places I have stayed. The rooms were spacious, and the beds very comfortable. We had 6 adults in our group. We were here for 2 days,and we found everything we needed in the kitchen to make our morning coffee and our dinner one evening. The owner, Mr. Hostetler, is very responsive and personable. When I sent him a vrbo message with a question about check-in, I got an almost instant answer.This house is...

"The property is really lovely and there were plenty of options for sleeping for our group of 18. The kitchen was a great place to gather and the outdoor space is quiet and welcoming. The event space allowed plenty of room for our meditation and yoga practices. The property management team was responsive and helpful. The overall experience has made this our groups go to destination!! "

"We were very pleased with this house! Great location, less than a quarter mile from our strongman competition which was nice to be able to run “home” between events of a long day! Very clean!! Stocked with what you need for a short getaway!"

"Stayed in this very nice place for a wedding at Willow Haven event center.The place had to be one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is huge. Living area is also large- you don’t feel cramped. Everything about the stay is positive. Would definitely stay again if I was ever in Wooster."

"6 girlfriends gathered from Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Georgia, and Texas to celebrate our collective 80th birthday. The house was perfect!!! So comfortable and well equipped. We graduated from Ashland Highschool in 1963 and love our regular get togethers. Thanks for making it so special! "

"Great quiet location. Back yard was perfect. Fire pit and hot tub right out the back door. Very clean. Comfy beds. Large entertaining space with pool table and big tv. Close to the covered bridge and trails. "
