Great house, simple instructions to get inside without issue. House was very clean and well organized. No hidden fees or conditions or required things to do. House is on a quiet street and great overall location. 4 Bedrooms are well setup for a large family or two family's or a group of guests. Kitchen and living area is open concept in the middle of the house and well thought out. The garage games were a big hit with our kids. The TVs were great and already logged in to the normal subscriptions and our kids were right at home. I will look first to rent this house whenever I visit the Tri Cities in the future.

Wedding in TriCities

A wonderful property, new, modern and clean!Our family, including our son the groom and his groomsmen enjoyed the week, with plenty of room and games for the guys in the garage.Fantastic place to stay, with close access to the wineries and centrally located for all of the weeks activities! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

House Near Red Mountain

We enjoyed our stay at this house near the Red Mountain wineries. It was new, clean, and well laid out. It easily fits 2 couples plus 4 kids.

Clean and Quiet

We stayed here for the Prosser balloon festival. We found the home very clean and in great condition. The neighborhood is neat and quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals in house. We loved that the home is dog-friendly. Good value for the money and we would certainly stay here again.
