"No double lock in rooms. Doors don’t automatically lock itself so you have to double check before you leave. The windows were wide open when I checked in with no screen."

"Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise."

"This property was neither sweet or a suite. Until we checked in we didn't realize there was only street parking or that we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. Their kitchen was downstairs and shared., which meant for us that your food couldn't be safe from tampering. We could hear every conversation...

"The staff goes way out of their way to accomodate you and make sure you have a great stay. We were pretty needy at one point and they were amazing with helping us. There is a gentleman working the desk who was the absolute best and I wish I had his name, but he is from California and was better to us then most places have ever been. If you get a chance to stay here, it's cute and has amazing staff! "

"The car valets were outstanding. Seattle is a difficult town for out-of-town drivers. The staff was cheerful and always ready to help. Once I got used to the secure elevators the rooms, I found the extra safety to be appreciated. The location was very good. Not bad walks to the waterfront and all the sites in downtown Seattle."
