"The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective."

"Easy to book. Communication excellent prior to check in. Great location. Quiet. Floors, fridge, island draws and toilet were dirty. There isn’t lock on back door which is the sunroom door.
