Located in the hearth of West Palm Beach.
Just 4 miles from Palm Beach airport, 3 miles from Downtown- City Place and 2 from Palm Beach Outlets.

Master bedroom with two full beds and a LED tv (accommodates 4 guests). 2nd bedroom with queen bed (accommodates 2 guests). There is a futon (full size) in the the living room for 1 extra guests. Twin size air mattress within request for 1 more guest.
There is a medium kitchen with all the appliances included (stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave)

Heater didn’t work

We got there on a cold weather, it was in the 30s and 50 degrees for about 3 days and the Heater didn’t work properly it would get to the 60 degrees and shut off and never got fixed and Naibhors are loud but overall it was good…

a small little house With fancy artin the heart of West Palm Beach close to everything

Overall was a great experience we stayed for just a weekend it was great to have our dogs be able to go on a backyard without worrying it was a quiet Is older part of town Neighborhood Since we didn't stay home it didn't really matter. The house has everything you can possibly need and more. Only one suggestion would be the beds are a bit too low.

This property provided what we needed during our stay. We will most likely return, given the cost. The property could be better if the furniture was upgraded to more adult friendly sizes and the decor was more visually appealing.

Dissatisfied

The property was clean, but the neighborhood was not inviting. The furniture was too low and not of good quality. The host, Monica was very accommodating and answered all my emails. I should have done more research on the area. We went to a near by store, and were approached by beggars. This property may be ok for other, but we only stayed one of the nights we reserved it for, and found a hotel the next day.

Excellent value for a large family

We had a family of 7 staying here and found it very comfortable for all of us. There were TVs in each bedroom and the living room with access to cable & wifi for all. Very clean. Excellent communication from the owner. Priced well & central to all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you, Monica!

Furniture

The house was VERY clean upon arrival. However, all of the furniture in the house is very close to the floor & hard for adults to sit on. The living room has a futon which is not comfortable to sit on. No other chairs in the house. All the beds are low. For someone with knee issues hard to get in & out of. There is a table & chairs on the carport, however the chairs are in poor shape as the fabric has seen better days & I didn't attempt to sit on them. With some better furniture this place would have received a higher star rating.

No Problems

We stayed for a month and were very happy. Well equipped and very clean. We have two dogs and like to walk them a few miles every day. Just a short walk from the house is a very nice park where we spent every morning getting the doge their exercise. Met and talked with so many nice people. As someone else mentioned the mattresses could use an upgrade. We hope to return.

As advertised

Great value. Good support from the host. It's an older two-bedroom one-bath house in an older neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. The mattresses could be better but I've definitely had much worse. The window treatments let in a lot of light, but that wasn't a problem because we were up-and-out early during our stay. If I was coming to the area for a similar event/stay (not at the property except in the evening/night) I would stay there again.

Great location! Clean home.

I'm unsure as to what the people that left bad reviews on here were expecting from this VRBO. Its not a brand new home by any means but its clean and remodeled well. This stay was cheaper than any hotel that I found in the area and it was a WHOLE HOUSE! It was clean and everything that we needed. Couldn't have asked for better for the price. We loved our stay. The neighborhood was great! People smiled and waved to us when we came and went. Everyone was nice. The neighbors were so nice to us! Its so close to the airport and everything else that we did. We would stay here again.

Good size for a short stay!

It was well worth the money! Would do it again in a heartbeat! We had no problems at all! The house was clean. We were able to do laundry, and cook in a clean kitchen. It was cheaper than any hotel, and 10 min from the beach. I would recommend this rental!

Temporary stay

The location was adorable. The house was cute, clean and perfect for our short stay. Monica even had coffee, wine and bottled water waiting for us. She responded quickly to any messages I sent and I would definitely recommend the location.
