This unit is located right near the edge of town and close to one of the major grocery stores on the island. "This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. "We loved our stay at HIGH TIDE. It was the perfect place to enjoy all Nantucket has to offer. We were a 10 min drive or 20-30 min bike ride from most destinations- Beaches, Sankaty Lighthouse, town. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or shopping in town. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals at home. "Highly recommend this property! It was exactly as listed, clean and everything you would need for a trip to Nantucket. Plenty of space for our family and our dog loved the back yard. Sally was such a helpful host, friendly and providing us recommendations of her favorite places on the island. We will definitely be back!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this rental! Charles, the owner, was incredibly welcoming—and meeting his sweet puppy Honey was a bonus highlight. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Nantucket Wave bus system, which made getting around the island a breeze. "Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true island escape yet conveniently close to it all!"
