Looking for a family vacation to get away from city life? This magical 4-acre unique lake house with 3700 sqft of living space can be the hidden gem for all your travel needs. Lake Nippising has several miles of unspoilt view points that are reliabily, blissfully empty, regarddless of the season.For a misanthropic fellow like myself, it is sheer perfection. Enjoy family time, a lake view, and garden scenery from every window while the fire place sets cozy moods.
This waterfront mansion is perfect for winter activities like ice fishing, snowmobiles and ATV tracks at your footsteps. Just imagine yourself, whirling past in the snow with plodding onlookers with precision and darting along endless sights. We also provide an outdoor BBQ on the lake and flickering fire pit with twitching twigs, filling the air with warming aromas of home or marshmallows! The property also comes with a pool table room, board games, and media entertainment with Wi-Fi, IPTV, DVDs, and local channels.
The property is located right off the highway and is easy to locate. Sturgeon Falls, a suburb local town, entices people to shopping and grocery stores, food joints, gas stations, LCBOs, fire station, and hospital within 3-10 minutes driving radius. We will be honoured to host you as a guest to relax and enjoy family time while enjoying all the arranged activities and leaving all your city stress behind.
This is a winter season descriptiong; in the summers, we have activities like swimming pool, boat rides with some charges, paddleboats, and kayaks. Fishing right off the private deck with a private boat launch.

Family fun getaway!

My family had a great stay in this beautiful, very spacious house and property. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the owner was effortless. The property was clean and ready for us, it had everything that we expected. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio area and the pool which was a great source of entertainment. The fire pit area that is close to the water was nice to relax in day or night. There was fishing off the dock, which the kids loved, as well as catching frogs at the private boat launch. Amenities were close if we needed anything, which was a bonus. We will stay here again. Thank you very much.

THE BEST VACATION HOME

Simply the best stay we had! Usman was very helpful to accommodate any requests we had, place was very clean and well maintained. Great fishing spot! Massive property with a very clean pool. Totally recommend and we will be back!
