"The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom tub was dirty and rusty. No towels wash cloths or tissue in room upon check in. One of the slides was not working. Food was not the best and extremely overpriced. Water park felt overcrowded and half the games in the arcade were either broken or not working at all. The staff was extremely nice and friendly except the young man at the store he wasn't very talkative or helpful definitely got the sense he didn't want to be there. The elevator closest...

"A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. "rooms are very dated, this place either needs to be torn down and rebuilt or given a major overhaul. no clock in room, which maybe normal these days. Staff was nice enough. pool actually looked nice, wouldn't even consider getting in the sauna there were used towels laying all over the place.
