Fantastic, clean, affordable, and right in the middle of it all. Spread out in this comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment.

The unit is cozy and comfortable with Netflix, big screen TV’s, and great internet.

The location is what really makes this spot special. It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences.

This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place.

Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem.

Hosts are local and provide support if needed

We respectfully request that smokers smoke outside away from doors and kindly dispose of their refuse in a trash receptacle.

No pets, please.

As mentioned, these apartments and mobile homes are older but in good shape and well maintained. They are cute even. We are working on improvements every day. Please, if you notice a maintenance issue or have any other problems, bring it to us so we can help instead of leaving a bad review. Location in an ally place. Steps going up weren’t very safe. Wasn’t able to get into place. Contacted host and didn’t get a reply for an hour. Had to go get a hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay. Even though they provided sheets for the bed and towels in the bathroom, You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. We love to cook. All the burner's on the stove was not working. The area was close to all eating places and shopping centers. And we will stay there again.

Comfy & relaxing

If your looking for a quiet & clean place to sleep this is the perfect spot. It is an older neighborhood and area there were no loud noises or unruly neighbors. Average of 5 min from many restaurants, grocery store, and major expressway. Host replied quickly to any questions. Would stay again
