"I had to pay an 150.00 incidental fee that I was told that I will get back at the end of my stay a week later I still haven’t received it, and when I inquired about it with the building manager, she was very rude and smart with me and act like I didn’t know what I was talking about and refuse to give it to me. I want my money back 3 people at that hotel lied to me."

"Nice clean suite with not just one comfortable bed, but 2! I probably slept better than I have in a long time. (It may have been because I had been with my daughter with no sleep for over 32 hours having my first grandbaby!) it was so convenient to the hospital too! Thank you!"
