"Nice clean room, newly reburbished, and a friendly and helpful check-in person. But check-in took over 30 minutes. The hotel had the reservation, but had not received the payment I made. The problem was supposedly caused by a payment service in Dubai. The clerk told us it was the second time this week that this had happened. In fairness, let me add that I only made the reservation 3 hours before arriving. But a good computer system should have been able to handle that."

"Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner"

"I have stayed at about every hotel i can think of and i am not a person whom typically writes a review, however, this one was warranted! Wvery part of our stay was too notch from check in to the clean rooms , comfortable beds, spaciousness, actually a microwave AND a decent size fridge in the room. The breakfast and the staff serving absolutely the most hospitable. My son who isnt a small boy went back for yet more breakfast and i was expecting a funny look. "The room was lovely and comfortable, but no kleenex tissues. However the breakfast was a big dissappointment. You advertise full breakfast - not according to my liking. the sign in the breakfast area says continental breakfast which that is what it was. will not return to this motel. "

"The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!"

"This was my first time staying in a Drury Inn and Suites. I was very pleased with everything offered. The breakfast was delicious and the eating area was very clean and inviting. I do recommend this hotel."

"The accommodations were fine. The swimming pool was final finished after renovations of the property for many years - but it was NOT heated! It was freezing cold - with no signage or indication of the situation. That's even after I mentioned at check-in that I was planning to use it that evening. The room was fine. The bathroom - the toilet is uncomfortably low, and the exhaust fan is incredibly loud. The music in hallway by elevator was way too loud - all nite! And we had a room right...
