"Great experience. We stayed only for 1 night but the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Wes who was very enthusiastic. He offered us drinks while we checked in, upgraded our room and very overall very pleasant.
The room was also very comfortable. We especially loved the unique way the curtains closed which is very different and thoughtful and the blackout effect was excellent. In the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with chocolates delivered to our room, which felt very warm and...

"Excellent stay. We stayed for 6 nights and became very comfortable as soon as we checked in.
Good sized rooms (for HL standards), very comfy bed. As we were celebrating my wife’s 40th, They upgraded to Platinum room us at check in (Thank You!).
Great location - minutes walk away from amazing breakfast places, Bakehouse, eating joints, Queens road shopping and MTR.
Highly recommended. "
