"Caroline was a great host and easy to communicate with. Property is very close to Long Bay Resort (albeit, a bit uphill). Would 100% rent here again. "

"If you are looking for a convenient, quiet location (except for the local rooster) that is literally a stone’s throw into the ocean then look no further. Communication with the owner and the property manager was super easy. Val (property manager) refused to let us schlep our bags up or down the stairs on our arrival and departure. He was easy to reach when there were any questions. Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was the cherry on the top!"

"We came as a group of 4 family/friends to enjoy the BVIs. We rented both High Tide and Spring Tide. The units were in a perfect location right on the beach. Val was there to help us at arrival and was always within a text to answer any of our questions. The units were clean and comfortable. We loved hearing the constant sounds of breaking waves. "From the moment we walked in to Limeberry Villa we were ecstatic about the location and home. Beautiful views, clean, and well-appointed. Jon and Jubi were extremely quick to respond to our questions and needs. We had one incident when an ac unit froze up in a BR and Jubi was there to fix it within 90 minutes. The location was great as well with multiple restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this villa. "

"Our reviews would have been excellent except for some minor items. No safety shower mats, a rusted dish rack that should have been replaced, no beach chairs as advertised, no dinner knives, and no spatula. We purchased 2 beach chairs, knives, shower mats and a spatula that we left there. "
