Yes, there's a second deck you can enjoy on the second floor! Cook out on the private gas grill, or pour hot cocoa for everyone in the fully equipped kitchen. Settle in and unwind from skiing, hiking, or general adventures at this home - there's a spot by the fire waiting for you.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ski Weekend

House was close to Mt Snow. Plenty of restaurants in area. House was clean functional. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location near Mt Snow

The property is very close to Mt Snow - maybe a 6 min drive. Also close to good restaurants. No real supermarkets close by. The house is in a great location in the neighborhood and is a little secluded which was great for our dogs. It did snow a few inches and they did not send a plow - driveway is steep.The house itself has two floors and the staircase (which was very narrow) is in a front mudroom which is not insulated. The house was superficially clean. The dishwasher appeared clogged (I didnt use it). Cigarette holes in a lot of things. The house smelled terrible - not sure where the bad smell was coming from. The house could use a very good deep clean.

Room for All

The house was great for our family vacation- ages four to eighty four. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 living spaces with TVs. The grill and dining deck aren’t immediately accessible from the kitchen as is off the upstairs rec room, but would work fine if planned ahead. Located in a quiet area in a natural lot but close to restaurants and within an hour of several attractions

Great trip

House was very clean, everyone had a great time. We got the house for a weekend get away for a snowboarding trip. Mount snow was only five minutes away. Some of the reviews at first made me feel hesitant about the house but they were wrong. The house had no issues besides the bath tube filling up a little when you took a shower but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Everyone enjoyed them selves and had a great time. I highly recommend the house if you’re looking for a weekend trip. 10/10.

They need to do better

We checked in later than planned on Friday at 7PM and the house had a funny musty smell but looked pretty clean. The only major concern at that time was the mouse traps near the entrance. Saturday morning in the kitchen we saw roaches when we started cooking, as soon as I turned on the stove. They scared me I almost died. We went out for a few hours. Around 5:30 PM on SATURDAY evening we lost power in part of the house. I was making coffee only and the microwave was on nothing else was on. Everything lost power except the refrigerator and dishwasher. So we could not cook for our family. We bought food to cook and was not able to cook it. We had to order food from a restaurant that cost us more money. Also The bathroom and two of the bedrooms on the 1st floor had no power. We have family members that are elderly and they had to use the bathroom in the dark. (No they are not able to go up and down stairs safely, so they could not use the othe bathroom.) They also had no power in the room they were staying. Damien from Vacasa contacted me to ask me what the issue is. After trouble shooting for about an hour he said that he could not help us because the manager is off and there is nothing he can do because it’s more than a tripped breaker. He left a message with the manager and will let us know as soon as he hears more. “Sorry for the inconvenience.” That was it… We did bony hear from him again. We went all night with no power in part of the house and we left Sunday at 9:00AM No one contacted us back about the issue. This has been the worst experience ever at an VRBO AND VACASA. We should get some kind of refund for our stay.
