"It's a great place to relax and fish. Nice and quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city to go out to eat or to the beach. The only problem we had was the it didnt have wifi. When we booked, the description said it had wifi, but when we got there we found out it didn't. "

"This was the best accommodations e hang experienced renting a house for our family of 3 siblings and each of our families. We had 12 people and our dog. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The house was well stocked and had instructions and labels for most things. The kids ranged in ages from 2 - 14 and no one was ever bored. The pool was wonderful. "The place was nice,but we have a service animal, afterwards had problems with the owner trying to blame some damage under the trailer to supports. He was trying to get someone to pay for previous damage he didn't catch in time."

"We really enjoyed staying at this property on the edge of the Brazos River state park. We were visiting our daughter for the birth of a grandchild, and found the house spacious, peaceful, clean, with a truly awesome view of the words from the bedroom and living room. My son-in-law walked down to the river several times and thought it was awesome, and the whole neighborhood was friendly. We often travel to Texas, and hope to stay here again."

"The cabin was all it was advertised to be and more. SO clean and well appointed, with the kind surprise of snacks and drinks. Absolutely clean and quiet, and perfect location for my birding expeditions. Mamie was so responsive and welcoming! 5 stars for EVERTHING!"

"My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights during Christmas. This house had everything we needed. 4 comfortable beds all in same room without a wall. This prevented my teenage children from hiding in their room, LOL. Instead we all talked, played games every night. The yard has a picnic table, fire place, bbq grill, and a fishing pier with night light. On top of that the price was very affordable. What more can I ask? Plus the host left a small Christmas tree before our arrival and made christmas...
