"Beautiful house exactly as described. Very peaceful atmosphere. Hosts were available quickly if needed. Would definitely rent again!"

"This property did not disappoint! Very clean and well stocked. Views of the river are nice and kids enjoyed watching the boat traffic throughout the day and the place is very calm and peaceful throughout the day, especially in the mornings and evenings. We only wished it had a dock to fish from or maybe just some rod holders attached to the bulkhead to allow for a bit more convenient fishing in the river but that’s not worthy of a deduction on the review! "The house is very cute, clean and modern. I say it will surprise you, as the neighborhood is an old one, and there are many closed down places around it. There are only 2 cons to this property. The first of which is that the grass was not mowed and quite grown over. The second is that there is no wi-fi, which should be standard. The smart TV was only decoration because there was nothing we could do without internet. There also were no batteries in the remote, but I didn't feel like I should have...

"The house was great and the shop was fun as well. Short drive to the beach and restaurants. Definitely smaller than the pics make it out to be but we still had plenty of room for 12. One Neighbor is also a rental and the cleaner was super friendly and gave us great fishing information. The other neighbor is a complete A-hole who will complain about anything you do and feels very entitled. Has a fairly rude sign up on the fence that you may want to cover if you have little ones running about....

"My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights during Christmas. This house had everything we needed. 4 comfortable beds all in same room without a wall. This prevented my teenage children from hiding in their room, LOL. Instead we all talked, played games every night. The yard has a picnic table, fire place, bbq grill, and a fishing pier with night light. On top of that the price was very affordable. What more can I ask? Plus the host left a small Christmas tree before our arrival and made christmas...

"We had a great time fishing and spending time together."

"Had a family emergency and was booked for 4 days and had to leave after one night. The staff was great and worked with us on the price. Also arrived late the first night and the staff came back after hours to get us check in. They were very pleasing and willing to help. "

"This truly was a fantastic house on an amazing piece of property. The owner gave us a tour when we arrived and was the friendliest person ever. The house was super clean and looked even better in real life than in the pictures (and the pictures were already good). The house was more spacious than I thought it would be. Very nice outdoor patio area and pool with lounge set. The house had everything we needed. They can definitely ask a lot more for the rent of this house, you get more than you pay...
