"Love this location. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Pool area and grounds are kept up very well. Parking is great. Bathrooms clean. The down side; the room needs updating. Tables very worn, sitting furniture very worn and uncomfortable/saggy, bed fairly uncomfortable and nonsupportive, the rug in bedroom fairly stained and smelled like urine. The room had a terrible chemical smell when we arrived. Took 2 days of airing to stop sneezing and still did not smell healthy for 8 days (...

"Nice property conveniently located, clean and with several pools and pickleball which we love! Drawbacks were the lack of elevators for hauling all of our luggage and supplies upstairs. Our unit also had a long steep staircase up to the primary (only) bedroom. People with mobility issues could struggle in this unit. There were bathrooms on both levels, which was nice. "Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. "The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen.
