"The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. "Breakfast was useless, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, and apples that all looked at minimum a week old. The staff at least changed us rooms when the first smelled like it was a smokers den for 20 years. The second room was less offensive but still smelled. Carpet ripped in multiple places, vents not clean, paint in bathroom so faded and worn you could clearly see the tape lines in the drywall. "We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit...
