"Beautiful setting. Nice inside.A little hard to find based on the directions that mention a "road" name which wasn't applicable to the actual location. Directions could be a little more concise there are some details in them that led to confusion on our part. But everything was great once we found the place. I would definitely stay there again. Vey nice dock and the beauty of the lake is stunning."

"It is the perfect place to recharge & forget the mundane schedule. Everything one needs to cook a gourmet meal. And the view....there are no words. Excellent check in & check out thru the owner, will definitely be back..."

"The house was exactly as described, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the wildlife in the lake. Excellent place to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. We enjoyed the many state parks that are about a 30 minute drive from the house."

"We had a wonderful week at Bog Lake! Beautiful location, so many thoughtful touches throughout the cabin and property, quiet and peaceful! "

"Surrounding woods and area definitely exceeded my expectations. A truly amazing clean green almost untouched area with clear waters and piney forests. Cabin was very comfortable and came with boats lights and everything we needed to have a great time out there. One of the best off the grid experiences I’ve had. Thanks again!"

"Property is clean, has lots of space, and close to Eastport. There is also a lot of on site activities for the whole family. "

"The house is a Ranch with numerous doors and windows allowing access to the outdoors from every point. An enclosed, screened in sun room on the main level & a spacious lower-level deck allow for great views, catching some rays and an evening cocktail. There is also an electric winch for launching & retrieving kayaks and canoes.For anyone who is mobility impaired, the house is easily accessed by an outside ramp. The main floor bedroom & handicap shower provide great space & is directly accessible...

"Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels...

"We had such an amazing time. So relaxing and peaceful just what we needed. So much wildlife came to us every day. Bill and Teresa thank you so much for having this gem and can't wait for our adventures next year "

"we had a great experience and the owners are kind and helpful. They prepared us for that place within an hour. It wasn't easy to reach that place (due to the gravel road). Other than that, the place is nice."

"Our family had a wonderful time on Meddybumps Lake, this property had everything we were looking for in a vacation!the cleanliness of the lake was so refreshing even the dog enjoyed lounging by the water.Nice private area which was another big plus for us,!!"

"Second year attending ! Just as good as the last !! The property is very well stocked and has everything you could need for a large family gathering . The pristine beach never disappoints ! See you next year ! "

"Spent a couple days during Lobstah festival. Took advantage of the kitchen and BBQ. Master shower not very user-friendly with current knob setup spent more time drying the floor than showering. "
