"Spaet var bara delvis i bruk. Rummen hade varken AC eller fungerande fläktsystem vilket gjorde att rummen blev mkt varma på kvällen och det svårt att sova. Hotellet gjorde inga ansatser att informera om felen i ventilationen eller att SPa bara drlvis var i funktion. Hitellet hade stängt sin restaurang ..."

"Dejlig lejlighed med god beliggenhed i roligt kvarter tæt på centrum og slottene. Sjov indretning. I forhold til indtjekning fik vi ikke email om kode før tjek ind, så vi var nødt til at tage til kontoret. I lejligheden havde vi problemer med at den automatiske kodelås lås ikke kunne låse døren. ..."
