"Every thing is excellent "

"Clean room, nice amenities, great service, all the staff was super nice. Wifi great. Every morning I would get my coffee at the lobby and run out to my meetings. The breakfast buffet was good too (I only had it one day). The gym also good. Personally I loved that they had easy stair access and not only the elevator. I never leave reviews, but I felt taken care of by the staff. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I try to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Berlin. The rooms are great, very spacious, the staff efficient and helpful. The restaurant has a varied menu but is shut on Sundays. "

"Pillow service was fantastic. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. The staff was friendly and recognized you within two days. There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, probably due to the New Year’s busy period."

Leider waren wir zu früh vor Ort, aber die freundliche Dame am Empfang hatte angeboten eine SMS zu schicken, sobald die Zimmer fertig waren. Dies war auch der Fall! Wirklich ein ausgezeichneter Service vor Ort! "
