"Es war hervorragend und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer bzw. das Haus war super gepflegt und man spürt das die Vermieter alles tun um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war fünf Minuten entfernt und eine gute Verbindung (3 Minuten mit der Tram) zum S-Bahn-Bahnhof Grünau. Dort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Standort an der Regatta-Tribüne ist sehr schön und auch Lokale in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen. Der in der Nähe liegende Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört. "

"Leider hat bei uns im Zimmer der Kühlschrank nach erbrochen gerochen wenn man ihn angemacht hatte. Der Geruch beim öffnen ließ einen das Frühstück am Abend sehen. Ansonsten war ist es sehr nett dort, schöne Aussicht und sehr bequemes Bett. Die rückgabe der Check-in Karten war umständlich da es nirgends erklärt ist. Man selbst bekommt sie aus dem Automaten muss sie aber beim Check-out persönlich abgeben – etwas irritierend. Ich selbst würde es schon empfehlen denn ich denke ohne den...

"Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. "The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are friendly. The only issues we had were that the room was meant to be cleaned every third day, but they skipped us on our third day, even though we had gge hanger on the door asking to be cleaned. And we were expecting a stove in the room, because the description and photos included a stove, but there wasn't one. We would have booked a different room if we knew, because i have food allergies and needed to be able to cook for myself."

"We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, well organized, and had all of the essentials we needed for the stay. The location is awesome, on a bustling street with lots of restaurants and near a lovely market hall. Because it is in the interior of an apartment building, it was very quiet. The house was also very well ventilated and the provided fan helped us keep cool during a heat wave. It was also very convenient to public transportation. I would highly recommend this...

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!"
