"This is not a lodging for people who can’t do steps. Jackson Room requires a 20 step outdoor staircase to reach the room or leave the room. No other options. Second floor rooms in the main house also require climbing. No elevator. Luggage is a problem. Help needed. Jacuzzi bathtub nice but to use the shower combo one must step over its high sides. Bedding cumbersome and heavy weighted. Heat control in room works well. Train can either be soothing or annoying, your choice. You will hear it at...

"The room was clean but the refrigerator stopped working and I called the front desk at 6:00 am and they said someone would fix it but by 5:20 pm no had come by to fix it I called again and the sent someone to fix it he unplugged it and said it was fixed the temperature was 72 and never cooled down so I wasn’t able to keep and thing I. "This hotel is definitely not a hotel it is a motel with a lowercase m. It is covered in cobwebs that blocked door and required me to duck. The lamp was unplugged which required me to find lights in the pitch black. The furniture was either stained or ripped. The bathroom was really run down there was no tub stopper and you could see the copper discoloration of the pipe. There was no inner shower liner and the shower was so low that at 5’10 I had to squat the entire time. The towels were...

"The property was very outdated & smelled musty & of old smoke. The AC unit did not work in 2 separate rooms but the staff was amazing & made sure to get us in a room that did have a working AC! It took two moves but the third room was finally a win!"

"Have stayed here several times as it's convenient to the Oregon Horse Center. The rooms are always clean and I appreciate that they have the basics I need - bed, bathroom, refrigerator, sink. Check-in is easy and the staff has always been friendly on arrival. I also have an F-350 truck to park and can always find space. They also have a coffee maker and coffee available in the room."
