"Location, location location! The only thing this motel has going for it is the location and the gorgeous sunsets. The common areas are dark, with dated dark carpet that is lumpy and dirty. "Lovely place to come to stay on our first trip to Grand Manan . Great location with helpful amenities. Host made herself available if we had needed her but check in was easy. Great bakery down the road to bring back to the house for breakfast before heading out for the day."

"Fabulous spot for our 2 night stay while exploring Campobello Island. Super helpful and friendly hosts. Well-stocked and comfortable camper. We love the new paint job and outdoor shower. Excellent improvements! We hope to visit again!"
