We absolutely loved our time at Sundrop Acres! The chickens and goats are so friendly and engaging. The view from each window is so beautiful. Jackie is an amazing hostess and the house has so many cozy nooks, you can’t help but feel relaxed. We especially loved the movie projector and DVD collection which includes several seasons of the Gilmore Girls and Disney favorites. Especially loved that it worked with very little effort - press play and you have your own movie theater inside. Also loved being able to play frisbee in the field and walking down the hill to play at the elementary school’s playground when school was closed. We were traveling with family age 76 to 7 with two teens in between. That’s quite a range of needs and everyone had a wonderful time! We loved being there in the Spring as the world renewed itself and help us to recharge, reconnect and renew our spirits as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My host was extremely helpful and friendly. She welcomed us early to have a look around to see if it would be meet our needs as well as provided alternative solutions for a place to meet. She offered tables and chairs for our event. She went above and beyond to make our stay and event very easy and smooth.

Everything was setup nicely. A little baggy of treats for our kids to give to the goats in the morning was a very fun experience for them! A very quiet beautiful spot with great views from the front porch.

Stayed for a sister weekend. Everything was wonderful. Loved the quiet quaintness, the outdoor seating and cute rooms, and animals were so fun. Great communication with owner and check in and out were a breeze. Would stay again.

Beautiful area with a wonderful farmhouse feel, including food for goats, friendly chickens and cute opinionated ducks. The kids had a blast with the animals! Incredibly clean with a great layout of bedrooms for the family.The kitchen has a toaster oven and hot plates instead of a regular oven and stovetop. It took a while to cook our meals, but we managed. Be aware that it is a shared house. It is not a stand alone property. Other residents (the hosts?) are on sight. We hope our late night activities were not a problem. Fun relaxing getaway for our family with plenty of room!

Cute Farmhouse

We loved staying here. The house was very clean and decorated so nice. We loved feeding the goats and seeing the chickens and ducks. The owners were so nice - they left treats, fresh eggs and milk. They also gave us eggs to take home. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Road Trip to Wellsville

Host's hospitality was Top Shelf. Accommodations upcountry perfect; clean and comfortable; farm animals a joy; the closeness of the beautiful Wellsville's was incredible; mother nature (Winds) had to be forgiven. The only challenge, for Seniors, is the staircase to the sleeping quarters, second floor...take caution. Otherwise, it's a perfect hideaway from...congestion and noise!

What a gem!

This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the Utah mountains and beautiful Logan! Our granddaughter AND all the adults loved the chickens and goats, right on property. The neighbor took our granddaughter for a ride on a horse! The house is charming, clean, full of every amenity we could have possibly needed. We loved waking up to a beautiful view of the quiet countryside. The best part was our host who put up a graduation banner for our daughter’s graduation from USU. We’ll be back for sure!

Cutest place

This looked like a fairy tale setting. It was so beautiful. We love petting the goats. The unit is decorated so nicely, everything you would ever need is there. Its really cute. Everyone was happy wnd loved it as well. They also put up a graduation banner for me. It made me cry! Wnd a card and another whiteboard sogn saying congrats It was very sweet and kind. Best place ever!

Quick trip for a family funeral

Our stay at the The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres was awesome. My siblings and I made a quick trip up to Logan for a family funeral. We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. It was clean, comfortable and really enjoyable. We felt very welcome. The beds were really comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Which we could have stayed longer to enjoy the farmhouse longer and enjoyed the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the nicest places I have stayed at! Well done. Thanks

Stay was too short!

We loved this property! The beds and pillows were so comfy, the towels fullfy and everything was clean and cozy. I wish we had time.to spend a whole week at this property and are already planning a trip back in the summer! Would be lovely to get out of the lowland heat.

Perfection!

We were in Cache Valley for Thanksgiving and rented this property. It was so warm and inviting. My grown and married children joined us and there was plenty of room for everyone! The owners left treats for us to feed the goats and had a Christmas tree up for us to enjoy. The small details were not missed. Ear plugs, snacks and drinks and a cozy living room with. A record player! The views outside made for amazing family photos. It couldn’t have been a more perfect weekend!

The Most Relaxing GGA

The annual girls getaway for myself and my daughters was just perfect at this property. We enjoyed some local events and also enjoyed time at the house just relaxing, reading, playing games, watching shows on the projector as well as the Smart TVs in the bedrooms. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchenette even though we came prepared with some of our own small appliances. We all enjoyed visits with the goats and chickens and ducks and also just relaxing on the porch rockers.The beds were comfortable and we all rested well. Jackie, our host, was very responsive and made sure we had all we needed. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

Great property - fantastic hosts

One of our best VRBO stays. Location is great and peaceful. The house was spotless, beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette and living area were perfect for our needs. Jackie and Jim are wonderful, attentive hosts. Communication was responsive and proactive. Next time we are in the area, this will be the first place i check.
