"The cottage was very cosy and clean. I was a little worried about the location at first, but all was quiet with no issues. It really was convenient to everything we had on our agenda. The hostess is very communicative and accommodated our last minute change to add a day of stay. Thank you."

"Very clean & looks brand new inside. Decorated really cute! I didn’t realize it was one of 3 units within a house but that did not affect our stay at all. Just FYI, there is no W/D on-site here, that is in the listing but I didn’t think to check. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with, we had a family emergency and she allowed us extra time to leave- THANK YOU!!"

"Sweet Magnolia is a terrific place! The listing is 100% spot on, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. It is on a nice quiet side street, yet convenient to everywhere. Clean, comfortable, and completely enjoyable. We were able to relax, and enjoy our time with family. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nacogdoches."

The house was well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The neighborhood is one of the best in Nacogdoches and I would highly recommend. "
