Conveniently located off of US Route One, in the heart of Wells, ME, and just 3min from Moody beach, this entire Summer Village cottage is your dream Summertime rental. 💭🏖

Staying here grants you access to all of Summer Village's amenities; including three swimming pools, two playgrounds, a fitness center, a game room, three tennis courts, a golf-green for chipping and putting, a basketball half-court, Bocce and Shuffleboard courts, a volleyball court, a horseshoe pit, corn hole, and a baseball field!

The cottage boasts a warm and cozy, private primary bedroom, with a plush queen bed, and mounted TV.

The full bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub for you to enjoy with a glass of wine, or for your kiddos to splash around in after hitting the beach.

The spacious, open-floor-plan living room includes the comfiest couch, a larger mounted TV, and two eat-in areas.

In the sun-room you'll find another TV (no need to fight over the remote!), and cozy *King-sized* convertible sofa bed, providing extra space for relaxation and sleep.

Stay connected with included WiFi, and enjoy the comfort of heating and AC.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, toiletries, beach towels, and plenty of fun board/card games.

Explore Wells, but don't forget to check out nearby Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.

Great spot for us and the kids to enjoy Wells and Ogunquit. Space was clean and as advertised. The toddlers loved the playground and pool on site. Communication with host was quick and clear.

Perfect Family Vacation Cottage

My husband, myself and our two kids (12 & 3.5) absolutely loved our stay at Summer Villages! The cottage was bright, clean & welcoming! My son set up the sunroom as his space, which was perfect for when he wanted to get away from his 3.5 year old sister. We took family walks around the complex every night & visited the pools and playgrounds. Both pools were very clean and refreshing! Short drive to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Perfect place for our family vacation…we all want to go back!
