"Fantastic location, charming property and super clean. Very walkable to just about everything. Really appreciate the great communication with the host when we had a glitch with the wifi. All good and so appreciate her attentiveness. "

"The stay was amazing, the only downfall was the WiFi isn’t the best. So if you are planning on doing some internet things while you are there maybe keep that in mind. Also no AC, didn’t matter for us because it was cool at night. Very clean very neat property! "

"Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Cozy cottage - with a relaxing, down to earth vibe. Fully equipped kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. We liked the front porch too! If you want to get out of the Ft. Collins traffic, this place is only minutes from downtown."

Home was perfect size for my husband and I staying in town to visit our family. Clean, comfortable, and no surprises! Easy check in and check out….even had cookies and coffee :) Will definitely book again if we are in town! "

"This little house was wonderful in every way. Very clean, a comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Beautiful thick towels. Would definitely recommend for either a quick overnight stay as we did, or a long term stay. "
