Check out the amazing views from this newly renovated and comfortable two bedroom self contained guesthouse situated in quiet private cul de sac and below our home. Great outdoor area. Sit back and enjoy the sun as the planes fly past. Conveniently located only 5 minute Uber to the airport, 15 minute drive to city. Close to Weta cave, shops, restaurants and local craft breweries. Driveway is available for drop off and pickup. Parking is on Maupuia Road which is at the end of our very short cul de sac, so 1 minute away

What a great property. Just as described. Ideally situated for the airport and for accessing the town. Stunning views across the bay. Accommodation was just as described. It was very tasteful and well appointed. The welcome goodies were indeed very welcome and our hosts were very responsive when we contacted them. We loved our stay. Thank you.

A beautiful place with an amazing view. The host, Chris, was there to welcome us and was so friendly. The place was very clean and comfy with a lovely view of the ocean. We highly recommend it.

Check in was easy. The house was absolutely spotless and homely. Was like being at home. Beautiful scenery over the water and the patio was gorgeous. Plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed we slept in was sooooo comfy, we slept so well each night. The heating and cooling system in the house was awesome. Was close to the shops and within walking distance of where we needed to go each day. A great price. We will most definitely keep this haven in mind when returning to Wellington. Thank you Chris.

Chris was so welcoming, the apartment space is extremely well appointed and comfortable, and the view is fantastic! I would recommend Chris's place to all my favorite friends and hoping it is available for future visits to Wellington. 15 out of 10!

Favorite VRBO in New Zealand

This place was by far our favorite VRBO stay during our recent 2-week tour of the country that involved 4 other stays. It is in this great neighborhood that is only a 7-minute drive from the airport. The host thinks of everything including making sure that there's milk, wine, and beer in the fridge for your beverage needs and a candy bar on your bed, right by the softest towels ever. The views were so spectacular that I passed on an afternoon sightseeing adventure just so I could sit on the adirondack chairs on the private patio. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Thanks so much for the great hospitality!

Close to everything we needed

Lovely spot and handy to airport and to stadium for volleyball tournament. Great base to explore Miramar peninsula. Noisy at times with airport close by and owners living directly above but very clean and comfortable.
