"We had a wonderful stay at Feliz's home. The house was immaculate and very well maintained, and our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The deck is a beautiful space, with seating and a large picnic table, and a great grill. The downstairs is cozy, one large space with the kitchen and living area all together. There is no indoor dining table, so for 7-8 people to eat dinner together, it has to be at the table outside. There is a nice counter in the kitchen for breakfasts and...

"Love this location. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Pool area and grounds are kept up very well. Parking is great. Bathrooms clean. The down side; the room needs updating. Tables very worn, sitting furniture very worn and uncomfortable/saggy, bed fairly uncomfortable and nonsupportive, the rug in bedroom fairly stained and smelled like urine. The room had a terrible chemical smell when we arrived. Took 2 days of airing to stop sneezing and still did not smell healthy for 8 days (...

"Nice property conveniently located, clean and with several pools and pickleball which we love! Drawbacks were the lack of elevators for hauling all of our luggage and supplies upstairs. Our unit also had a long steep staircase up to the primary (only) bedroom. People with mobility issues could struggle in this unit. There were bathrooms on both levels, which was nice. The unit has an efficiency kitchen for light meals/snacks and a small refrigerator. There is no laundry inside the unit but...

"The property itself was wonderful! A nice little getaway. Loved the fact that it was actually a little bit away from town so it was quiet. Family friendly, clean, and great staff! You have a choice between and indoor or outdoor pool (latter of which is seasonal). Will come back again!"

"Everything about this place was amazing! Easy to find, easy location to get around, close to Provincetown, easy check in and check out process, super cute inside with everything you need, very clean, the best views and literally right on the beach! I can’t say enough good things! "

"Our stay was lovely. Waking up to the water was such a joy! A very tidy little cottage in a very friendly little community. "

"Great stay at this bright, airy, cozy cottage. We enjoyed coffee and happy hour on the deck overlooking the river and boats each day. Hated to leave!"

"Could use some updates and repairs but overall a nice cottage close to the ocean / beach, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor shower was great and nice hot water! Furniture in living space could be better. More comt seating and the table and chairs inside weren't needed and just took up space. Extra countertop would be good as it was hard to cook and the stove needs to be leveled. Some kind of high top bar with stools would have been great and a different arrangement with the living room...
