"Das Zimmer wurde als Ferienunterkunft beworben,
Offensichtlich ist das aber nicht die Zielgruppe:
Positiv:
-Parkplatz
negativ:
-Wechselhandtücher nur gegen Gebühr (Mehrtagesaufenthalte werden bestraft)
-Es gab nur rudimentäre Küchenausrüstung (2 Töpfe ohne Deckel),
-Herd war nur sehr kompliziert zu bedienen (was bekannt zu sein scheint, es gab einen Hinweiszettel zur Kindersicherung, aber nicht zur kruden Bedienstrucktur).
-Die Badheizung funktionierte nicht.
-Das Bett (genauer die Matratzen...

"Location was excellent! Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Apartment 3 was lovely (I should have baked something! ).
Only comment was mattress in MBR was not entirely comfortable, especially in the record breaking heat."

"Die Unterkunft liegt günstig, Bahnhof ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zahlreich vor der Tür.
Kommunikation erscheint automatisiert und war unbefriedigend. Informationen zum CheckIn konzentrieren sich auf die App zur Tür-Öffnung und erst durch andere Gäste erfuhr ich von den kodierbaren Magnetkarten. Unglücklich wenn in den ersten drei Tagen die Server des Öffnungsdienstes zweimal ausfallen und einen aussperren.
Das Bett erscheint zu groß für das Zimmer und schränkt die...

"Ich habe eine Nacht in einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verbracht. Das Zimmer wirkte zunächst sauber und ordentlich, doch nach einiger Zeit waren meine Füße völlig schwarz – es hatte den Anschein, als sei der Boden gar nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Als ich zudem die Bettdecke anhob, kamen mehr als zehn Ameisen zum Vorschein; von diesem Moment an sah ich überall – auf dem Boden, in der Küche und sonst wo – eine riesige Menge an Ameisen. Ich finde, das Hotel sollte sich diesen Problemen dringend...

"The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented.
However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay.
I have contacted the staff asking for swapping apartment to a quieter side but this was not possible.
