"Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. The rooms were large and lovely, very comfy beds, large bathroom, the heaters were plenty warm. We did a tour of the winery production and had a heuriger dinner that evening. Situated in a beautiful paet of the Weinvertel, and there are ample opportunities to hike and ride bike. Lots of other wineries nearby as well."

"The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!"

"The Graben hotel is perfect for those exploring Vienna, being a few feet from the vibrant Stephansplatz, giving you instant access to the Cahedral and all around. The hotel itself is magnificent with staff who will try to help you no matter what the query. The rooms could do with bigger TV's but seriously for the location and the bonus of having one of the best Italian restaurants that I have ever eaten in attached to it (and yes, I have been to Italy) The Graben is unbeatable. "

"The Hotel was centrally located to train station, shopping, museums and restaurants. My room was a great size for 3 of us, super clean, friendly and excellent breakfast. I’d definitely stay again. "

"The new (to me) free coffee---and it was good coffee, not swill or Keurig---in the lobby was very nice. And there was courteous help in storing my luggage for the afternoon after i checked out. And yes, the room was spotless. Thanks!"
