"We had to cancel our trip, due to an extreme ice storm coming in. While VRBO refunded their portion to my account, the host is refusing to refund their portion, bc we canceled the day we were supposed to arrive. The weather was bad and we weren't willing to risk our lives, or others. We were offered a raincheck to use within the next 90 days, we won't be able to use it due to distance. "

"This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just...

"We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. "

"I love the mountain view, and the location. We enjoyed hiking the Bells Majestic view, toured Penn's Cave and enjoyed local restaurants. The house was clean and decor fit yhe cabin vibe.It was nice and cozy. I specifically enjoyed all the amenities. We had access to cups, plates and dishes ( we made sure to washed them before leaving).In the Bathroom we had everything we needed toiletries soaps etcs. "My stay was brief but pleasant. The town is quiet and very pretty. Be sure to get your key access code before you arrive in Millmont, because cellular data is spotty once you arrive. I had not received the code before I arrived, and had to drive out of town to find a few bars on my cell phone in order to contact the owner. Cottage is pleasant but quite small, especially the bathroom. AC and WiFi worked well. I wish they had raked the lawn before I arrived, because there were grass clippings all...
