"The room was clean. Our refrigerator didn’t work. We were told it would be fixed but never was after a 6 night stay. The air conditioning is not the best. We had to leave a window open. Also, the water ran from under the shower and made a mess. The evening staff was very friendly but the morning staff was rude!"

"The room assigned, the key cards would not read so they issued me a hard key. The room was clean, but lacks personality. Just felt sterile and cold. The hotel isn’t “warm and inviting.” The larking is across the street from the property and during high traffic times or extreme weather that’s stressful.
The hotel was fine for what it is and is close to shopping."

"This property is located on the outskirts of Stuttgart and a little distance from the city centre. Locally there are restaurants, bars and cafes. I was there only for one night, so not the best place for the city, however had I been staying longer then it would have been ideal. There plenty of transport options to city and is quite cheap and regular. The rooms were spacious and facilities excellent. An ideal place for a week or so."
