"When we checked in at 4pm they didn't know if our room was ready. Once we walked it the bedframe was full of dust and there was a live bug crawling on the wall. Stuff was helpful, but cleanliness is something they need to work on."

"The room was old but well maintained and clean. Bed was sooo hard like a rock, coffee maker in room didn’t work, but the coffee available in front office was wonderful. Staff was kind and helpful. Recommended Curry King across the street which had great Indian food and yes mexican food. Wonderful, staff very polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was the best! Had boil egg, bananas, apples, danishes, bagels, toast, cereal, hot chocolate, oatmeal, cream cheese was available and milk. ...

"This was our 3rd time staying here. The courtyard patio access is helpful for us with a pup. Room was clean and provided necessary accommodations (small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, adequate outlets, clean towels and soap/shampoo/conditioner), the bed however was not comfortable. An upgrade in mattresses would be nice considering the cost per night to stay. The bar/restaurant has decent food but the service was poor. They were short staffed so some grace was given but I think they actually...

"We really loved the room. Good size, clean and had a small breakfast bar. There is a resturant called the Harvest Inn on the properrty. Fantastic food ,strong cocktails and very nice attenttive staff."

"The beds and pillows needs to be changed. I woke up with a back pain from sagging bed. Other than that, it was okay and we stayed there just for the night and it’s a bummer I could get a good sleep."

"I've stayed at Evergreen several times. Its quiet and lowkey. The owners are lovely! Starbucks opens at 5 a.m. in town - so the lack of coffee in room was solved quite easily."
