"We had a 7-member middle school Student Astronaut Challenge Competition Team that has used this property as our home base for the past 3 years with a great experience every time. It has become our home away from home. "

"Felt like home. Clean comfortable private. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean and shower had good water pressure. Kitchen was nice, fixed good meals there. Would highly recommend !"

"Our plans were to go to the Titusville Playhoise and KSC so the location was perfect. The host was very responsive, allowing us to check in 40 min early. The duplex doesn't have much curb appeal but it was comfortable for us. Wifi was great. Backyard could use a little sprucing up. Vonus was a park nearby where we watched a rocket launch"

"Cooper's house had all the amenities needed! From kitchen utensils, towels, cups, plates to the BBQ area that also included a "smoker" that provided outstanding dishes of chicken! Cooper provided excellent communication both before our arrival as well as during our stay. If the situation presented itself and we needed to stay in Cocoa again, I'd definitely consider Cooper's home! "

"We came from Minnesota for my sisters funeral, and the family's home was over capacity 3 minutes away, and this was perfect for us, everything was well marked, and very clean, we would definitely stay again.Thank you again."
