"Pros: Die Lage, Sauberkeit und Austattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Cons: Wir hatten für 6 Personen gebucht, jedoch hatten wir nur 5 Kopfkissen und Decken bekommen. Telefonisch hatten wir den Gastgeberkontakt nicht erreicht und per Mail hatten wir auch 4 Tage nach Abreise keine Reaktion. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, das hat uns jetzt aber nicht weiter gestört. Der Wassertank vom Hausboot war nicht wie angefeben mit 800 Liter gefüllt, sondern nur mit 360 Liter. "Pros: Excellent customer service at the front desk Great location Cons: The AC did not blow cold air and unfortunately rattled loudly. The room was really hot and stuffy even with the window open. It was a rough night trying to sleep. The dryer did not work, which I didn’t realize until after I started the wash, so I had to pack damp clothes the next morning, It would have been far more helpful if the sign about the dryer was placed on the door of the washer/dryer unit itself."
