"Super quiet little gem out in the valleys. We enjoyed our visit very much! Well equipped place with a lot of thought put into things and some more than just the basics in staples and condiments which was appreciated. Do NOT attempt this place in a car with low clearance as they are not joking about the driveway. It is steep and has water control speed bumps that are no joke. There is also a very steep left turn at the top of the mountain that reminded us of a roller coaster! Internet worked...

"Lovely, lovely, lovely! That’s the only way I can begin this review! Everything about this house is so nice. Clean and clean and did I mention it was so clean and beautiful! And decorated so nicely!The beds in all 3 bedrooms were very comfortable with luxurious sheets and comforters. Each bedroom was decorated so nicely that it’s a hard choice to pick one over the other. "Our family stayed two nights while visiting Bristol for the NHRA races and found the location peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed, but we ate out for our meals. The property does have WiFi and streaming services which was nice. The deck and screened in porch is lovely as well. The house is older but well maintained. "

"We loved our stay, exactly as listed, no surprises, & everything we hoped for. Amazing views, great location, and enough space for everyone. When in Kingsport this will be our first choice of places to stay. "

"The unit is clean, well decorated, and full of thoughtful touches to enhance your stay. The location is phenomenal too."

"Everything was easy with this rental. Communication was clear in all all emails, and someone responded quickly when we were in need. All rooms were clean and kitchen had everything you'd need. There was a crib and high chair for the baby, and the deck was so relaxing. The view was beautiful, and every aspect was relaxing. It was great, and highly recommend. If you need a break from your family per se, there are plenty of places to go peacefully. And stores and restaurants within a 30 min drive. "

"My family and I had a very enjoyable mini vacation. The cottage was clean & comfortable. The host, Lynn, met us when we arrived and kindly offered to help us get our things to the cottage. A lot of thoughtful touches… My daughters loved the breakfast items along with a basket of snacks, thick fluffy towels, toiletries in case something is forgotten, Hershey kisses left on the pillows and TV's upstairs and downstairs.
