The quality of the shamoo/conditioner was not very good in my opinion. I found the pillows were useless, too airly and too soft, feels like no substance in them. "The hotel staff were very welcoming and delivered a very nice evening meal quite quickly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and the wifi strong. As the hotel is in the centre of Lacock, its a great location for exploring the village and the abbey. The graveyard is also worth a visit."

Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
