    Escape to the peaceful Los Brazos Treehouse on the Brazos Riverfront (just 40 miles west of Fort Worth). With room for 8-12 guests, enjoy serene views, wildlife watching, and a variety of outdoor activities. Experience unique amenities such as a BBQ grill, giant hammock, corn hole, and a basketball court. Relax in comfort inside or explore the outdoors. Book now for a tranquil getaway!!

    The home sits on the 2nd floor. It has a wrap-around balcony with direct views of the river. The living room offers plenty of room to socialize with friends and family, including a foosball table.

    The kitchen was recently renovated and has a complete stove top and oven with cooking and baking essentials (we also provide snacks, tea and coffee). The dining table can fit 12 people. There is also an additional fridge out on the balcony where laundry is.

    The bedrooms have king, full, and twin-sized beds and there are additional pullout couches in the living room. There is a desk and chair workspace area that is semi-private (perfect for remote workers).

    Right below the home, there's a basketball court, fire pit, giant hammock, outdoor grill, corn hole, and a tire swing for some fun and relaxation. There are also a variety of games and activities indoors!!

    ***PLEASE BE ADVISED
    -The stairs to enter the home are very steep at the top. Anyone traveling with kids under the age of 8 will need to assist them. Please use caution at all times. Children should always be supervised at the property and near the river. River levels can fluctuate.

    Entire space is included in this rental. Keyless self-check-in. Parking is available on the property, having a car is suggested. Please make yourself at home!!

    Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

    If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please notify us of concerns!

    We do pest control monthly but cannot prevent outside bugs from entering. The home is in a semi-remote, rural area.

    For non-emergency issues, we don't send maintenance to the property during your stay.

    All guests must be 21 years old or older except for children with parents. 12 people max. Nightly rate increases after 7 guests. Please have an accurate guest count.

    Early check-in/late check-out is possible if the home is available. Additional fee applies.

    Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. An additional fee per pet applies.

    Please book with honesty. We are a drug-free, illegal activity-free, and party-free zone! Failure to comply will result in fees and possible eviction without refund

    Note that lawn maintenance is done every Friday, please do not disturb the workers.

    No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power-outages/other things out of our control

    We provide initial supplies like toilet paper and laundry detergent. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay

Wonderful stay with my family

This was a stay for us and my family from out ouf state for my wedding! We were so busy decorating and were exhausted, this was our place to gather afterwards and rest. The HUGE dining table was perfect to gather for breakfast, enjoy each other and catch up. The place was spotless and the grounds were in tip top shape. We loved it and are already talking about coming back for another stay. Thank you Tegan for working with us and having a perfect get-together!!!

Perfect stay for my family

This is a house on stilts with the river practically in the backyard. It was easy to find, we didn’t have any issues with directions and the road is paved. You do not park on the gravel, as it is the neighbors property but that’s not mentioned in the check-in. Because this is a “tree house”, you feel it move every time someone walks around or goes up and down the steps. This house is well stocked and everything was easy to find. The only problem we ran into was food storage so we had to buy foil pans and ziploc bags, granted we stayed for almost a week so we were doing cooking and leftovers! The river access was the best part. Any time we wanted to get in, we would. It was never packed with people and since it was so shallow we just crawled or walked the whole thing. We took paddle boards and some of the kids used them, but it’s not deep enough for boats. I need to leave an honest review because I would’ve wanted to know these things. The windows aren’t fully covered so light gets in from everywhere. The neighbors by the tv room turn a spotlight on at night and it is bright. I wound up getting a blanket and using it to cover one of the windows so that helped. When issues arose she was quick to help and respond and I’m so thankful for that.Some guests don’t respect other people’s stuff, so my husband and I spent a whole evening fixing things in the game room.And 2 washers and dryers is a bonus!The 4 stars for neighborhood is because someone was shooting a shotgun

Nice Riverfront house with plenty of shade area underneath. On a very wide spot of the river that was good for kayaking. May trip river was roughly 3 feet deep near the shores and 1 ft in the middle. Outboard boats where able to get through. The house itself has plenty of room and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The only thing we had issues with where the stairs up to house where short steps so if you have big feet it is a little tricky. A good stay if you love being on the river.
