"My room 124 looked like someone was trying to remodel but failed miserably. The light cover in the bathroom was broken and there was a sponge sitting on top of it. The toilet was inches from the wall and the seat was very loose. Also it looked like someone had capped off an old toilet between the tub and the toilet above ground. There were black spots on the mattress protector when I checked for bed bugs. My husband refused to sleep under the covers! Had everything in the area not been sold out...

"The staff were very kind and the room was spacious and clean. The pool was quite run down and the skimmer wasn’t working as there were a bunch of hairs floating in the pool. (Black hairs, my husband is ginger and I am blonde so it wasn’t ours). One of the pool ladders is loose and when I went to climb out it shifted and I hit my foot and fell back into the pool pretty hard."

"Room was clean and quiet. It appeared that the facility was getting some updates which it needed. Breakfast was very minimal but we actually didn't have time for anything more. The hotel met our basic needs for a one night stay."

"The lights were malfunctioning; I asked for them to be changed, but in three days, no one ever came to fix them. Also, the three soap dispensers in the shower are in the way while bathing—it’s very poorly designed; the soap should be on the other side so you can get in easily and shower comfortably. I am very disappointed."

"When I checked in I was required to pay a $100 refundable deposit for the room which was not in any of the emails or anything that they sent me leading up to the day of my stay. I paid the deposit in cash but everything else on my card. Once I checked out they told me that I would receive the deposit on my card within 4 days. "The room was clean. There was a huge gap underneath the door to the hallway. We did not like that. It was loud at night."

"Tears in the carpet, wallpaper looked like a 3 yr old put it up. Stain on the sheet. Lady couldn't even tell me the pool was out of service. Ill never waste my money here again."

"All 4 times I've stayed here, the rooms were on the ground floor next to my car. It's located near the freeway, close to restaurants. The rooms are clean with small refrigerators and microwaves. Staff is friendly."
