Disappointing

When I arrived there was glass on the front lawn. The lawn needed to be mowed. The storm door was missing the bottom spring. There was a musty smell when we went inside. The hand soap in the downstairs bathroom was empty. The handle on the shower door was loose. The barbecue grill had two sides. The left side was filthy and the right side was rusty. I have used vrbo before and I was extremely dissatisfied. We were given two dish towels. The kitchen window was missing a blind as well as the back door.
