"Me and my sister stayed at the property for two nights as a mid-winter getaway. The location was great-- about 5-20 minutes from everything you'd want to do in the Grand Rapids area. "The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. I loved the king sized bed & en-suite and the extra full bathroom for the queen bedroom works well for adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the attached garage was a bonus. I am a travel agent and will absolutely be recommending the place to any guests visiting the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and close to the main roads, for ease. "

"I rented the house across the street and my brother rented the property at the lake. We rented the pontoon boat and everyone from kids to adults had a great time. Edgar is awesome to work with and very responsive. Just know that there are not seemingly any or perhaps few rentals in that neighborhood, so treat the place like it’s your neighborhood. Not a place to be hosting a rager or a place where the neighbors would have much tolerance for nonsense."
