Lovely family who run the place, but quite fun down. Bungalows were built 20 years ago and have had no renovation. That said everything was functional. No cell signal except in 2 spots by the beach Very intermittently. No ac, no hot water, no locks for the doors. Food was basic but good and plenty ...

Bill and Paula and the whole community were amazingly kind. This was a rustic and genuine experience to be immersed into a warm Fijian community. We should have realized some of the limitations that we would face, (no a/c, limited power supply, steep steps to the main house for meals, etc) traveling ...

Ocean View is a must-stay homestay for anyone looking to experience true Fiji time. As a solo traveler, the room was perfect — clean, comfortable, and peaceful.
