Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood
Convenient location for travel. Complimentary drinks and dinner were a nice surprise. Lots of seating for dinner and breakfast buffets. Clean and quiet. Very friendly staff.

The place is really nice and it’s real clean! The only downfall is the staff they had at the check-in. We checked in about 3:30ish and she looked like she was over it and annoyed. Not really friendly, however when they switched staffs the guy that took over was great! He was super friendly and nice ...

I got in super late and needed a clean comfortable place to crash staff was super nice I wish I could remember her name . She was very accommodating. I slept like a baby . I most definitely will be back !

The Ballantyne, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte
“Beautiful 5-star Hotel very friendly & welcoming staff.Service was great overall.Especially the Manager,Evan Kidd, who was very kind always had a warm smile.However the restaurant needs improvement food-wasn’t hot enough the wait time was too long.
